The Memorial Association was organized in 1942 for the purpose of providing funds for the upkeep of the cemetery., and a Memorial Service is held every year on the third Sunday in May. The Marlboro cemetery is located on the south side of the meeting, with the oldest marker dating to 1801 ("Hugh Laughlin who died '25th day Eighth month 1801', son of Richard and Isabell King Laughlin). Many of the markers include valuable genealogical information, and people come from far and wide to search for their "roots" in the peace and tranquility of the cemetery. An indexed book listing all of the headstone inscriptions is available for purchase through the church office, or follow the link below for an on-line surname index. For more information on becoming a member of Marlboro's Memorial Association contact the church office or a member of the Memorial Association Committee.
